Many of the items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 working days from the date of shipment. However, this does not include intimate items like swimwear, lingerie, bikinis, panties, etc. SALES, REDUCED PRICE, LIQUIDATION OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE .
Only items that were damaged or defective or not considered intimate items can be returned for a cash refund. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping. Items that do not fit are returnable, however, there is a $10 restocking fee assessed per order for cash refunds. Please consult the size chart or email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing your items.
- Return Order Condition: Defective items could be returned for a refund or exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in it's original packaging. Returned items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
- Refund Policy - not the item you wanted, we can gladly do a refund for you. There is a $10 per item restocking fee and the shipping cost is not refunded just the cost of the item less the restocking fee.
- Exchanges: Doesn't fit, not exactly what you were looking for, well no problem, we would gladly exchange the item for you. THE ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE. Once the item is received, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the item purchased (shipping charges are not included). You can then go to our website and order the item you want.
All shipping cost for returns and reshipping of new items will be at the buyers expense. If an error was based on Intimacy Box or any one of its employees, Intimacy Box will pay for shipping cost.
- Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, or similar intimate items.
- Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost. For defective items, we will bear up to US$15 for each return shipping fee.
- Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such the USPS first class or Priority Mail with tracking or other services that offer a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
- Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item. So please return your item right away to ensure that it is received in the specified time. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
- Exchanges/Refunds: Credits and exchanges are usually processed within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How To Return/Exchange an Item
- If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
- You will need to include a copy of your packing slip with a note of how you would like your return processed- store credit or cash refund. REMEMBER-ALL CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSES A $10 RESTOCKING FEE PER ORDER.
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ON SALES, CLEARANCE OR REDUCED PRICES ITEMS. all sales on those items are final.
- You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns are not guaranteed unless prior approval is given or an RA number.
- Please make sure that your returned is NOT worn, in like new condition and is shipped back in its original packages and that all plastic or packages is in good condition. ITEMS NOT SHIPPED BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL NOT BE GIVEN A CASH REFUND. A copy of the packing slip should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the order. Please also include a note in your return with the reason or explanation for your return and your desired request... refund or exchange/credit.
- Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
